How Credits Work
Credits power your marketplace presence, with different activities using different amounts. High-value actions (like buyer calls) use more credits than basic interactions (like parts views).
Monitor performance through detailed reports, and receive notifications when credits run low.
When your credits run out, you can still manage inventory and invoicing, but your parts will no longer display on TPI and leads from potential buyers will pause until you add credits to restore visibility.

TPI Pricing FAQs
You will receive a notification when your credits are running low. When your credits run out, you can still manage inventory and invoicing, but your parts will no longer display on TPI and leads from potential buyers will pause until you add credits to restore visibility. You can easily purchase more credits, or upgrade your plan, to get back in action (or wait until your credits replenish, which occurs monthly).
We have dedicated staff to help guide the Customer Journey, from before you become a TPI Seller, to ongoing support once you are a TPI Seller. Part of our registration process includes a Discovery section with our staff, where we can help answer your questions. We will help guide you and ensure you are getting services matched directly to your business's specific needs.
You can manually purchase and add credits at any time, and these credits do not expire. With every plan type, you also get an allotted amount of monthly credits. Your monthly credits do not carry over from month to month. We will help you ensure you're on the right plan to get the most out of your credits for the best price.
